I am aware that a blog may not seem, at first glance, the most convenient way to deliver information, operate a business and order the web content so its easy for you to find what you are looking for and have all your questions answered.

So, I created the Quick Reference in the sidebar (below 'Welcome'). This uses the blog labeling system to group posts based on their content; Fees, Formulas and so forth. The Spectrum of Healing Vibration

I did some channeling recently to improve my knowledge on the long term use of a PSE and how prolonged use can continue to give us healing and expansion, even after what we originally took it for has eased. Also, I wanted to know why I have never understood any of the PSE vibrations to be fixed but rather a continuum, or something similar. What I received feels like useful information to pass on...

It appears that the healing vibration of a Plant Spirit Essence is a range of frequencies, not a single one. It could be compared to that of the Electromagnetic Spectrum; a broad range of frequencies spanning less than 3x10 to the power of 9 (3 billion) through Visible Light to greater than 3x10 to the power of 14 (300 thousand billion).

Visible Light equates to where we meet the PSE, what we receive when we take it initially, what we can 'see' of the healing vibration. As we continue to take the essence, as we heal and as our personal vibration and frequency are raised we are able to integrate more of the frequency range, more of the total vibration. This could be equated with gradually developing an ability to see Radio waves or Ultraviolet, Gamma or X-rays.

This would suggest then, that the most benefit can be derived from continuing with an essence long after we think we 'need' it, way past the point where the depression has eased or we have regained our focus. That in fact we have only just touched upon the healing available to us within our formula or essence when we have achieved what we originally took it for.

The frequency range might also explain why individual experience of the same essence can differ so widely. (Visible Light is also a spectrum so the analogy is interesting when we think in terms of individual responses to the same essence.) It may also have something to do with our unique personal vibration, or where we are on our healing journey; what we are capable of receiving and what we are not yet ready to 'see'.

Shipping & Handling

For customers who are not local, and therefore unable to pick up their Essences, there is a shipping and handling charge of $2.50 for the first bottle and a further $1 for every additional bottle.

Essences will be mailed via USPS services dependent on their weight, either First Class, Parcel Post or Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. If you prefer an expedited shipping method, their will be additional postage costs.

Shipping times vary according to distance but take an average or 2-3 business days.

The Consultation Process: How to order a personalized formula

My blog spot is only a preliminary to the consultation process; it provides a forum where many of your initial questions can be answered. Once you have decided you want to explore further and talk in person, you can email me at lunachild@verizon.net to set up an appointment.

If you have questions that you'd like an immediate answer to, prior to speaking to me directly, you can include those in the email.

During our phone conversation we can explore vibrational healing and how PSE will be able to support your healing. You can then decide to what level you wish to be involved in the formulation process. Whether you wish to dictate the specfications of your personal formula or whether you would prefer to leave the details up to your supporting Guides and Soul Council.

It might be pertinent to mention at this point that the phone consultation, though free, is not a requirement and we can in fact conduct the entire procedure over email. Neither do you need to be present for the dowsing of your formula, or even aware of its taking place. Once I have the details, your Guides and I will do the rest.

Payment options can be discussed at the time of ordering your formula. If you opt to send a check in the mail, I will await it's arrival before forwarding your essence formula to you. If you decide to pay via Paypal, then the service will be much quicker.

Dosage: How, How much and How Often?

There is a wide range of opinions on how to take your Essence; how much and how often. I will add mine to them here, but my advice is also to go with your intuition. If you feel you want to take the formula many times during the day in a small amount of water, then do that. However you may feel you only want to take it once in the morning directly under your tongue.

I don't think that any one method of taking Essences is superior to another - some people are so sensitive to the vibration they only need the Essence to be within their energy field, in a pocket for example, and they can feel the effects. You must trust what you feel and go with that, ultimately it will be what you need.

But, as you asked here is what I can offer by way of information to guide you:

• 
  One drop once a day is a high dose, rather like homeopathy, where the more diluted a remedy is, the more powerful it is. So, if you take a dose and find you are reeling from it, then take more and more often.
• 
  You can take the Essence directly onto or under your tongue. You can put it into a small amount of water or into a whole bottle full - though I had a client who put three drops into her water bottle and then had the overwhelming urge to drink all 16oz down in one go. I do both; under my tongue sometimes and in my water bottle at others during the day. I also add essences to my body lotion, just a drop or two and I have put them into my bath as I am inspired.
• 
  You may experience a 'reaction'. Such as is the case with many vibrational healing methods - Reiki for example - where you may develop a cold or becoming very tired. You may feel dizzy in the beginning as your body assimilates this new vibration, none of these (or any other reactions) need worry you, deal with the cold as you would normally, sleep if fatigued and in the case of dizziness, which usually passes quickly, you may want to take more doses more often until you feel more balanced.
  
• 
  If you experience what you perceive to be an adverse reaction, then of course, stop taking the Essence. I have never heard of a case where a Plant Spirit Essence has caused such a strong reaction or been contraindicated for any pre-exisiting ailments, but I have to add this commonsense note here.

Soul Council?

This is the term I use to describe all the Guides that support you throughout your life. It covers all the Beings that inspire, guide and support your Soul's growth and personal evolution in this lifetime (and probably many others). You may know them, or some of them, or you may be totally unaware of their existence. They can include Guardian Angels, Archangels, Soul Pods and Collectives, deceased Loved Ones and so on. They are legion; we are more supported and loved than we can consciously comprehend.

Personalized Formulas

Most of my current work with PSE is now focussed on personalized formulas. This process involves a short consultation to explore what you are looking for and what you feel you need, and also to answer any questions personally. I then set to work in collaboration with my Guides and yours, using my pendulum to formulate a PSE formula for your highest intention.

Formulas can be of a directed nature, thats is, you decide what you want to work on or what you feel you need support with and your Soul Council and I formulate to those specifications, or, you leave it totally up to your Higher Self and Soul Council and they formulate according to what is most appropriate for you right now.

These two methods can result in the same formula, though they may not. One may be more ego driven and the other based on the trust that your Guides have it covered and what results will be what you most need. Either method can be employed, I work with what you feel you need and neither method produces a better result. It is a matter of what feels comfortable to you and where you are on your path.

Plant Spirit Essences

I use the term Plant Spirit Essence in most cases when describing my own essences and formulas rather than Flower Essences or Flower Remedies. This is because all parts of the plant can be used to make an essence, with varying results to the vibration then imprinted into the menstrum (in my case water). When I began to formulate, I was a flower purist, shall we say, but over time and through direct communication with the plants I realised that any and all of the plant could be used, not simply the flower.

What is interesting from a plant spirit medicine perspective, is how different plant parts will give different aspects of their healing vibration. Seeds for example will hold a variation that is connected to but not exactly the same as that held in the leaves. Flowers probably hold the pinnacle of the healing vibration but their energy can be so expansive and hard to resonate with, for us mere mortals, that much of their vibration is left unintegrated, we assimilate what we can. This is why long term use is so beneficial and can produce life altering results (the more often we take in the vibration the more we are able to integrate and assimilate it), and yet instant effects can be felt, such as with Bach's Rescue Remedy.

We are dealing here folks with an aspect of healing that can be baffling to the logical mind, and as you don't need to understand the hows and whys to receive the benefits, I'll leave the more 'cosmic' aspects for a more pontificating blog post.

Single Essences & Ready Made Formulas

I do sell single PSE, some of my essences cross with other practitioners such as Bach, or FES and some are totally unique. These come in 1oz bottles and are $9 each.

I also sell 'ready made' formulas for specifical maladies.. hmm not sure I like that word and ailments isn't much better. Perhaps a description will help? After I began collecting single essences and before I began tailoring formulas for individuals based on their requirements, I was given information on how to combine some of the essences to produce a vibration that would facilitate certain aspects of our growth or to enhance certain pathwork. How I work/What I do...

When I first began to work with Nature Intelligences and Plant Spirit Essences (PSE), I thought I was to formulate a remedy line similar to Edward Bach or Machaelle Small Wright (see Perelandra) and build a small healing business of my own. But I was hesitant, despite the urgings of friends who were using my essences. The idea just didn't feel right and oh, the work... on-line store, advertising, mail order...nope, not for me. And besides, I knew somewhere deep inside that this was not what I had been given the essences for, not why Nature wanted to talk to me specifically. So I waited.

I continued to work with the PSE on my own, experientially, then offering them to friends and close colleagues, all the while remaining open to how I was to use them in service of my fellow man, and what the larger plan was. This year it came to me that my work with dowsing and personalized formulas was where I was to make my mark, as it were; tailoring PSE formulas to meet the specific needs of those who were interested in using vibrational medicine to support their Life's Journey and Spiritual Growth.

So I breathed a knowing sigh of relief and began to look at ways to market this aspect. The Universe, of course, has a way of making things happen when you finally wake up and smell the coffee, so with little effort I came up with the blog spot idea and with relative ease, the words keep falling out onto the page.

Open for Business

I have decided to offer my Plant Spirit Essences (PSE) to the 'general public'. Not a derogatory term I assure you, but a way of making the distinction between friends and those 'in the know' - who have been using my formulas and essences for some time now - and those who cross my path and wish to know more about my work with Nature Intelligences, Guides, vibrational medicine and personalized formulas.

There is no contact telephone number for me here and this is deliberate. As the mother of a small child a rarely have time to talk for extended periods on the phone and often am not even afforded the 'head space' to do so. However, I did want to offer a place where all the questions you may have, and the information you might need to make the decision as to whether PSE are something that could be of benefit to you right now, may be answered or found.

Over time I will upload a list of all my single essences, and a list of the specific needs formulas, such as Vision Quest, Mother Nurture, Manifest and so on. Then I will attempt to explain the services I offer and the methods by which I create the formulas. It seems important to keep blog posts short and sweet - not something I find easy - but if you are to find the information you want in digestible bytes I need to title my posts so you can search for succinct answers.
