Update: Just Being Present

So, it has been a while since my last post; there has been an incredible amount happening on many levels. I have recently come back from another IKH training weekend. The return always involves an interesting process of unravelling, deconstruction and shattering, which is profound but requires my presence. So much information is accessed but the 'container' is not always strong enough to receive it. I find that if I allow myself to undergo the period of reorganisation, my ability to hold, allow and integrate what I have learned, to be a more resilient container for these and other teachings is greater. As I said, this requires my presence which can mean that other areas of my life seem to be left unattended. I doubt that is actually what is happening, but it can appear that way to the 'naked eye'.

Spring has brought a new wave of PSE energy; I am working with a combined vibration method which, for want of a name to give it, I have called Harmonics. I have little to offer right now by way of comprehensive explanation, once I have distilled the information I will post a blog.

I am working on my website also, and bringing all my PSE signatures up-to-date. Many things are moving into being - and it's all good...
